Concept
Burgers & Bubbles Fest was created by Vintage MV Wine & Spirits as a celebration of summer’s end through bold flavors, crisp wine, and a strong sense of community — all rooted in the spirit of Martha’s Vineyard.
Held on the lawn of the historic Daniel Fisher House, the event features five teams of local chefs, each crafting a signature smash burger using the same core ingredients — with the freedom to add their own unique, island-inspired touches. Guests will enjoy one burger from each team, paired with pours of Veuve Clicquot, Miller High Life, fresh oysters, and an afternoon of music, photo ops, and celebration.
The competition adds a fun twist: ticket holders get to act as judges, casting their votes alongside a panel of local celebrity tastemakers to determine the winning burger team.
More than just a food and wine event, Burgers & Bubbles is about connection and purpose. With over 500 guests expected, a portion of proceeds benefits the Martha’s Vineyard Preservation Trust — helping preserve the island’s historic charm for generations to come.

Forty-eight years ago, leaders in our community saved downtown Edgartown from becoming a parking lot. This pivotal moment marked the genesis of an ongoing commitment to safeguard historically significant sites. Today, the Vineyard Preservation Trust is your guardian entrusted with preserving and managing a cherished collection of iconic properties. These properties, integral to the rich culture and narrative of life on Martha’s Vineyard, continue to thrive under our devoted care.
